Patriots of Russia

The 7^th grade   students participated in the contest of songs devoted to the fallen people of the World War II (Great Patriotic War of Russia).

  On 24^th of November there was a contest of the Patriotic songs in our school.

The students of 7A grade presented the song “Russian Fellow”. This song is about a strong and brave Russian soldier.

         The students of 7B grade presented the song “Everything Will Be All Right”. This song is about a soldier, who has returned from the war.

The students of 7C grade presented the song “The War”. This song is about the grandfather, who perished in the World War II. At night he comes to his grandson, who has become a skinhead, and talks with him.

 The students of 7D grade presented the song “Burn the Candles”. This song is about a mother, whose son went to the war and didn’t return.

         The students of 7E grade presented the song “Soldiers Doodle…” This song is about a soldier, who serves far away from his home.

          The jury gave the students of 7D grade 1^st place, but according to the spectators’ poll the students of 7 C grade were the best.

“I think the Festival of the War Song is very important, it should take place every year, because we must choose the right way in our life” - said one of the students of 7^th grade.
